The prices are valid per room, additional charges during fairs and special events are possible.
Included are the value added tax 19%, bedlinen and towels, Internet via Wlan, TV via cable or DVB-T and the use of the self-service kitchen.
All common rooms are cleaned daily, the rooms weekly. Bedlinen and towels are changed weekly.

The payment has to be done in cash or as in advance transfer.
Please inform us in advance about your time of arrival as the opening hours of the reception depend on the arrival of guests. The Check in time is between 12 and 8 p.m., arrivals after 8 p.m. are only possible on request and with evtl. extra charges.
